ISA National Netball Finals

We arrived excited and raring to go. Our first match was really close but unfortunately it ended up 3-2 against us. However, we picked ourselves up to win the second match 7-0 against a school from Devon. Our third match gave us our second win, 4-1 against a school from Brentwood. We were on a roll!!!

However, our fourth match was against a strong, undefeated team so the challenge was on. We were 4-1 down at half time, but pulled together and showed our determination to bring the final score to a 4-4 draw.

Unfortunately, our last two matches of our group resulted in narrow defeats, placing us 5th in our group at lunchtime. This put us In the afternoon trophy competition.

We brought the West Lodge magic to the court, comfortably winning the semi final 7-3 against a school from Surrey. Sadly, despite fantastic teamwork and everyone giving their absolute all, we narrowly lost out in the final, placing West Lodge runners up in the trophy competition and 18th nationally.

It was a long, tiring day but we all had so much fun. We rallied as a team, supported each other and played some great netball.
