A West Lodge governor since 1988, Margot is a committed, knowledgeable and organised administrator with extensive experience in the private and public sector, having managed a diverse range of meetings and led a number of successful ICT, change management and community engagement projects.  

She has more than 20 years in public organisations, preceded by 30 years’ experience in advertising and marketing. A former pupil of West Lodge from 1954-1961, her two daughters were also West Lodge pupils in the 1980s.
